I have been a Realtor based in Howard County since 2003, I am proud of our 97% success rate selling the homes we list and knowing that our buyers moved into a home they loved. Over 90% of our business comes from personal referrals and repeat clients, demonstrating our extraordinary level of customer satisfaction.
My career in real estate spans 35 years representing buyers and sellers in hundreds of real estate transactions ranging from $100,000 condos to multi-million-dollar commercial, multi-family and healthcare properties. After 15 years in acquisitions and development, corporate finance and executive management, my focus since 2003 has been working with residential home buyers and sellers in the local area.
I have been a local resident for over 50 years. I was raised in Ellicott City, spent my 20s in Baltimore City and am now a 20-plus year resident of Western Howard County. I know Howard County and the surrounding communities as well as anyone in the business which is a crucial and valuable benefit for both buyers and sellers.
I am a graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) which is a certification held by less than 10% of Realtors, as well as an Accredited Buyers Representative, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Staging Professional. I remain committed to training and professional development to stay on top of legal and regulatory changes, best practices and learning from others in our business.
My deep connections and network are results of my lifetime living here and my work within the community. I serve on the Howard County Council and have been a board member of the Howard County Association of Realtors, Howard County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement of Howard County, Friends of the Howard County Library, Howard Heroes, Glenelg High School Boosters, PTA organizations and sports leagues.
